Ahhh..... American People, collectively u could be smart!!! i believe that u should make it illegal not to vote. it is that way in australia and it works. it means that everyone gets a say. i am so glad you are passionate about these issues but believe u need to look at what you are doing wrong rather than the small things you are doing right.
